'This driver solved my problem with looking streaming movies via the 'TV Out' connector on the 'ATI 3D RAGE LT PRO' graphic card. The basic problem is that the driver included in Windows XP for the card doesn't handle the 'TV Out' for just streaming movies - otherwise ok.

'I downloaded xp_5772 and unpacked it. At that point I was finished; because there is not a setup or install file included. I have no idea how to get the applications to run and I did not see a readme file with instructions.

There are several .inf files and I can read those but do not know how to put those instru tons in the computer.
